Cheshire DCC Hardball in County Championship Finals 2011
For the third consecutive year Cheshire's first team met Lancashire in the County Championship Final.  On this occasion Cheshire were the runners up, having won all of the previous hardball championships. The final was held on a first class pitch, Derbyshire CCC's home ground at Derby.  This is the first time a major county ground has been used since we played at Hampshire's Rose Bowl and were runners-up in the incrediball competition.  This was before hardball was introduced into Disability cricket.

The England Team won the triangular International Championship, winning all five matches.  Twice against both Australia and South Africa, meeting South Africa in the final.
Chris Edwards was man of the match three times, including the final.  He scored a total of 150 runs and took the second highest number of wickets.  He then went on to second top score in a match between a world eleven and the English Academy.
